Can't speak on the Doctors themselves, but the admin here is frankly abysmal. I can totally imagine that the admin in the medical profession is a lot of work, but I have tried for a week to get ahold of anyone here on the phone. I have left messages, and called numerous times (12 spread across the past 2 days) since I work until 5 every day they decide to be open. There have been ZERO signs of life at all! I absolutely love my family doctor. However, in the voicemail system it states that they answer phones between the hours of 10-12:30 and 1:30-4:30, this is a lie. It is next to impossible to speak to someone at the office unless you go in to the physical office. As a student who attends school further away, it is a lot more difficult to find the time to make it to an appointment, or even place a phone call.
