This clinic will not answer their phones or allow patients to contact them via email, nor will they allow you to leave a message on the answering machine (the feature is disabled). Today I called the office 25 times during business hours to address a chronic issue that will not be addressed at the emergency hospital (where they expect you to recieve care) and I have no way to communicate with them to request an routine appointment. I have worked in healthcare, and this is an appalling way to treat your patients. Do better
Can't speak on the Doctors themselves, but the admin here is frankly abysmal. I can totally imagine that the admin in the medical profession is a lot of work, but I have tried for a week to get ahold of anyone here on the phone. I have left messages, and called numerous times (12 spread across the past 2 days) since I work until 5 every day they decide to be open. There have been ZERO signs of life at all!
