I absolutely love my family doctor. However, in the voicemail system it states that they answer phones between the hours of 10-12:30 and 1:30-4:30, this is a lie. It is next to impossible to speak to someone at the office unless you go in to the physical office. As a student who attends school further away, it is a lot more difficult to find the time to make it to an appointment, or even place a phone call. Dr Popov is a great Dr! I started seeing him a few years ago when my old Dr. retired and he's taken great care of me. I saw another review saying he was terrible and not good with patients which is nothing like what I have experienced. I have nothing but great things to say about him.
