We have been patients of this clinic for over 10 years, and up until recently had brilliant care. This morning we recieved a call to cancel our appointment for the 3rd time in 3 weeks. Still have not been able to see a doctor. Not sure whats going on with their system/Doctors, but it is NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Perhaps they need to bring back manditory mask wearing, or empoly more Drs if possible. Or maybe they are cancelling concession patients, in favour of paying patients. At this stage we would not reccommed this clinic.
I have been a patient here for 15months and have had nothing but help and professional treatment from the reception staff, the many nurses who have been absolutely fantastic and every doctor with whom I have had a consultation. Yes, sometimes I have had to wait to be seen when attending without an appointment, but I am thoroughly delighted with the friendly and efficient reception staff, the incredibly patient and talented nurses and the doctors, who have helped me many times, especially Dr Izzy! Bless you all!!!
Got there 8.30am left 10.30am without being able to see a doctor. Would have been quicker just to go to the hospital.Easy money for them. Reception unbelievably rude.
I found all staff I had dealings with to be friendly, helpful, patient and understanding. Would recommend to anyone needing medical care. Dr Katie Thornton was caring and made me feel at ease. Glad I decided to disregard negative reviews and find out for myself.
I was hesitant about attending the clinic after reading negative reviews. My experience was flawless. The front desk staff were run off their feet but were still friendly and helpful. Dr Lorenzetti was easy to talk to and put me at ease straight away. He was friendly and professional as was the anaesthetist Dr Fiona Altman.
