Rude nurses, as an overweight person trying to get my life under control i wanted to check my weight loss progress by using scales to weigh myself, i was told in a rude manner by the nurse on duty that they dont do that and to not waste thier time and resources. Disgusting behaviour towards people that are just trying to better thier life.
I've only been in once. But I went in as a walk in as I couldn't get an appointment. I was clearly told on the phone that I might have a long wait about an hour or so but I got there early and only waited about 15-20min. Receptionist were absolutely wonderful to deal with and so were the nurses!. I forget my doctors name but he was extremely professional and helped my partner and I with every question we had and explained everything clearly to us. I highly recommended this clinical practice. The wait is worth it!.
Very bad recent experience with trying to get mental health referral first with a younger male doctor who said would send but didn't do at all & more recently with older doctor Martin olman he called me sweety as soon as I entered which is very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. he could see my reasons for wanting referral on computer from past visits, but he pushed me to go into detail so told him my problems are abusive men & creepy old men & he almost pushed me out his office saying I could do my own referral & wou... read more
I rarely go to this place because when I son went to the special school we were advised it wasn't just him who was discriminated against. A mount Barker dr was suggested. But in Jan this yr I took my son in to emergency. He'd hurt his head before and had a blood nose but dr James Martin was so rude. Arrogant and said my son with head injury and nose bleed didn't need to be seen. My son's dr was wrong. Yet last yr my son had a cat scan in city.
