I would not recommend this company. We have lived on Bull Mt for thirty two years and in that time period have hired many various contractors while doing the maintenance and upkeep of our property. This is the first time we have ever had a complaint. We had Bridge City install a new furnace and air conditioner not even 18 months ago. When the air conditioner stopped working at the 16 month point, after only 22 days of use, they put in five pounds of refrigerant, which had leaked out. Great service and great pricing. Fode Sannoh came right out and found the problem quickly. These new high-end Lennox units can be really technical. As a former HVAC person and a twenty year instructor at Portland Community College in the HVAC field, I know how hard troubleshooting can be. As a retired technician the newer units are too much for me. But not for Fode. He was the best student I ever had in two decades. He is very passionate about the industry and it shows. Bridge City HVAC is amazing! Christina answered the phone on my first call and I asked her if she was AI.:) We had a great conversation about setting up a time to have a tuneup done on my AC. Bridge city is wonderful company to work with tou call them somebody will show up very credible people and they treat you like family or best friend there focus is not on your wallet your happiness and satisfaction is what look for Very reasonable pricing
I would not recommend this company. We had them install a new furnace and air conditioner 16 months ago. When the air conditioner stopped working recently they put in five pounds of refrigerant but refused to do a leak search, which the manufacturer requires in order to use the ten year warranty to replace the defective part. I have now moved onto another company and there is a significant difference in service and integrity. Initial friendliness can be deceiving.........beware!
