Bridge City HVAC came out to my studio for a maintenance check and honestly, great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were on time for both visits, first for the estimate, then a couple days later for the actual maintenance. They walked me through everything they found and explained the estimate so it actually made sense. I originally rated Bridge City very highly because I had a great experience working with Fode and everyone in the office (and that is still true to this day). Since that original review, I have had to have the main technician to my house more than 5 times to fix my new system that was installed by Bridge City. A couple of the visits they did not charge me (and rightfully so - some were within days of one another others due to their work not resolving the issues) and the technician continued to act as if it was all a gift to ... read more
