Bridge City HVAC provided fabulous customer service when they replaced my residential furnace. Bridge City HVAC provided prompt proposal and installation, with the furnace being replaced within 10 days of my first call. Two of those days were used by my comparing other vendor's proposals. Bridge City HVAC also facilitated my receiving $1,600 in Energy Trust of Oregon incentives for the high efficiency (97% AFUE rated) furnace they installed.
They are the best! On time, very honest and trustworthy. Didn’t try to upsell me, cleaned, tuned up and tested my furnace and AC. Very polite as well and I can’t wait to hire them again for yearly maintenance!
Bridge City HVAC came to fix my heater — it wasn’t a simple job but they came back over and over until it worked properly. They were very fast and responsive. Now we are warm and cozy again — I really appreciate the owner Jessica’s kindness and willingness to make sure things get resolved.
