My low rating is specifically regarding the customer service at the front desk and my experience with one particular chiropractor. From my experience, the front desk seems more focused on money and getting the most out of customers than making sure the customer actually feels comfortable, heard, and taken care of. I had been having shoulder issues for a while, and could not push through my workouts, like I had in the past. My husband had started seeing Dr Rachel and Dr Andrew. My husband told me I needed to see them, if nothing just to have a consultation. After my first adjustment I immediately felt different, not just better; different. As these things take time.
