My first contact was a telephone call with Jordan. I was directed over to a nice gentleman named Paul who was able to review what we needed for our new office. He sent one of their technicians on site to do a survey and they gave us a clear plan of attack. The team on site did about 30 of our offices in our break room. The guy I was working with(assume owner) told me because I had an association with someone else that he wouldn’t have done my job if he knew about a certain person on my LinkedIn account(this was really weird as he yelled at other people while he was supposed to be speaking with me very unprofessional/sloppy). They said they gave me a discount and then they recharge me for the discount charge me $500 for a revisit that took one hour.
