ZERO respect for customer preferences and privacy. Would give them zero stars if I could. Placed one small order last year and asked them not to send me marketing. Got a response confirming the request and saying my privacy was "super important" to them. Then five days later I get a marketing e-mail. So I contact them again, asking again not to send marketing and saying that I won't be ordering from them again as they deliberately ignored my preferences. I love this place for bridal shopping. They have the best collection. Must visit.

B&B is phenomenal. They are trying to make high quality and affordable clothing available. I don’t like that they have their clothes manufactured in China
Would not allow a refund beyond the 21 day policy even for Christmas orders. TERRIBLE to deal with. They also charge a restocking fee. BUYER BEWARE 😢😡
