Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Delayed Delivery I truly wish I had the great experience that many other reviewers seem to have had—but that wasn’t the case for me. I placed a nearly $10,000 order for 8 racks and was originally told I could select a custom color to match my gym. After a month of hearing nothing, I was suddenly told that if I wanted to receive the racks any sooner, I’d have to forfeit the custom color and accept standard black instead. When you get a piece of equipment in your hands from this company… you’ll see/feel the difference. Once again so happy with my Bridge Built order. I had a custom rack made and they definitely delivered! They answered all of my questions & had great suggestions. This was an upgrade so now my Phoenix rack, which I still LOVE, will become my rack for outside workouts or to use to create multiple stations. In the interim time, it folds so compactly that it’s easy to store. If you’re thinking of purchasing anything from Bridge, do it!
