Just opened and deposited into their attractive high yield savings......I already wish I did not. I read their terms and conditions along with their full disclose thoroughly. When I finally deposited into the account that is when I panicked. I have never see such low security measures at ANY bank I have ever worked with. No routing number? No customer service number? No App for online banking?! Granted it was in their info before I opened that they only did mobile for business accounts. But such lousing security? Im out! for... read more
Very awesome been at this bank for 2 years and they help me out when I got to Montana and is a convenient bank without trouble. Amy is one of the best banker in Vegas :)
This bank is terrible, have spent numerous hours the past 2 days on hold listening to the same music repeatedly . Sent a email as well using information provided in opening message. No response to email in 2 days.

I love this bank and location, all of the staff are wonderful people. Always ready to help with any questions I might have. Amy is the person who seems to be the one who I tend to go to, all of the other staff members are fantastic as well, but Amy is my go to person first. Thank you all for many years of banking bliss !
My condo management changed. I tried to get my new monthly statement charged to my checking account. That didn't work. My new local management agent couldn't get it done either. She recommended I try Western Alliance Bank. That agent got it done in less than ten minutes! She is a Pro at work!
