Your answer to the gentleman queries are not what I would expect from a dealership. Why would you sell a bad car and then hide behind the warranty. meaning you were aware of the defaults and still sold it to him. What if he didn't take the Warranty he would be left with huge bills to pay. It's not always about making money but integrity and being honest which from your answer you are not. Would not recommend. Clearly this also happened to your clients 4 months ago.

Just purchased a 2019 Ford Edge. Yohran went above and beyond to meet my financial budget and I was driving off the lot with an SUV 7 days after our first conversation and it has all the perks I wanted.
