Worst experience of my entire life... Don't ever buy from here. Sold me a lemon to say the least. Tried selling me a ram 1500 when I got it home I noticed it was missing a lug nut.... Had the truck for about 7 months and was the worst 7 months of my life. Also their "extended warranty " company is a joke. I could go on and on but these people have zero morals. Do NOT buy from this dealership I dont even know how they stay in business after the experience I had.
Great experience start to finish. Got a great deal on a car that I needed for work and Yohan delivered it to me at no extra charge. He made the whole process so easy, will definitely be buying here again.
If you want a car in good condition, avoid this headache. I bought a car from Yohran about 5 months ago and was told it was in great condition with no mechanical issues. From the very first day, when I was picking up my vehicle, I noticed a strange rattle during cold starts and asked about it. I was told it was completely normal and just the engine warming up. Your answer to the gentleman queries are not what I would expect from a dealership. Why would you sell a bad car and then hide behind the warranty. meaning you were aware of the defaults and still sold it to him. What if he didn't take the Warranty he would be left with huge bills to pay. It's not always about making money but integrity and being honest which from your answer you are not. Would not recommend. Clearly this also happened to your clients 4 months ago.
