I hired Martin Bridge in 2021 to perform an appraisal on my late father's home as we needed to include the value as part of the estate.We recently sold the home and the sale price came almost within his parameters, even after allowing for the huge increase in prices since. I would say he definitely knows what he's doing. I would highly recommend him and will be using again in the future should I need to. Martin was also super friendly, professional, and punctual.
