I had an incredible experience ordering online with stylist Nickey Fortin. While we were trying to order online for all 8 of my bridesmaids, she made the process personable, easy, and very quick! I would recommend Brideside to anyone in-need of a Bridesmaid dress even if you cannot go in-store!

I just left my appointment with Caila at Brideside Chicago and even though I didn’t find “the Dress” there, I left feeling loved, heard and cared for. I feel like Caila met me with open arms, she was so nice, easy to connect with and warm. My experience at Brideside was wonderful! I brought my bridal party of 3 and worked with Claire, who took the time to get to know me before the appointment. When we walked in, it was as if we were greeted by an old friend! The studio is beautiful, and although I didn't end up finding my dress there, I would absolutely recommend visiting. They have a large variety of styles and their own line of gowns, all of which are beautiful. Thank you, Claire and Brideside!
I was treated rudely when being sized for a bridesmaid dress because I lived in a state that doesn't have any Brideside locations. Then I was stuck with a bridesmaid dress for a wedding that was cancelled. All I wanted was a refund, but got store credit instead. I am not a fan of the selection offered, and it took me 2 years to finally pick a dress just so my money doesn't go to waste.
