I had such a wonderful experience at Brides to Be! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel so comfortable and special. They really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect dress — one that I absolutely love and felt amazing in on the day. I had the most incredible experience at Brides to Be with the lovely owner Claire. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcome and understood. I explained that I was looking for something really classic and timeless, but was also open-minded about exploring different styles and finding what truly suited me. i could not reccomend these guys more. leanne (who has sadly left now, ive heard) was incredible and made me feel so comfortable and powerful when trying to find my perfect dress. there was no pressure to buy something, i was given the information i needed to make my decision without the need for a sale. naturally, as a bride, i went to many places to try on many dresses in order to find “the one”. the service here is unmatched and i couldnt recommend it more.
I’m writing this review with a sense of deep disappointment regarding my experience with Brides to Be, Somersby. I had visited the store on several occasions over a number of months, trying on one particular dress that I was strongly considering for my wedding in April 2026. The ladies at Brides to be are so amazing to work with, they put me at ease from the minute I entered their store. As a plus size bride I was dreading trying on dresses, but they had a wide selection to choose from and they were all stunning dresses. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and everyone commented on how beautiful my dress was. I would highly recommend the ladies at brides to be!
