Trying on dresses here was pretty awkward as they don't leave the room while you change. Every other bridal store, they will leave until you have the dress on you to zip up. Other than that she had me trying on dresses 6 sizes larger than my size and altering that large size down is not a great idea. She also seemed to not know certain terms for types of dresses/veils? Would recommend going to fargo or minot.
Horrible customer service and doesn't respond
I went to Brides on a Dime for my initial appointment and it was wonderful and organized. Kari asked me about the dresses and styles I was looking for and pulled dresses that matched those. She was very helpful in explaining what each dress has to offer, and what alterations could be done to make it perfect. I went back 2 days later, so that I had some time to think.
