I fell in love with my dress the moment I tried it on and the price made me love it even more. Little did I know, when I got home, there was a big ole rip in it on the back side. I didn't notice it trying on the dress because I was pinned up due to the dress being a tad big on me. I tried calling the store, but no answer with the number listed on the website. This was my first dress appointment, and I truly found my dream dress! They had so many beautiful dresses and unique styles that accommodated every budget! Kingsley was so kind and welcoming, and she truly catered this experience to what I wanted! 10/10 recommend shopping here! A great experience 💗
This store is a complete joke. They say they have an assortment of types, styles, & sizes of wedding gowns to get you in the door, but in reality only have 6-10 gowns available at each size that are all poofy ballgowns with way to much glitter. Staff was also extremely rude. The only reason I gave one star was because zero was not an option.
