If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Ashley was incredible the entire way through our appointment. She spent time helping us pick out styles, she offered help every step of the way and I never felt rushed. She was happy and cheerful the entire appointment and showed the same level of excitement that mum and I felt. It felt like having a friend with us rather than a shop assistant. I would recommend this place 100%! Beautiful staff, a huge selection of dresses, a lovely atmosphere and spacious showroom. All the staff were great but especially Katherine, who helped me try on 20+ dresses with incredible efficiency and support. She knew all the right questions to help me find what I liked and to help me when I got too indecisive. She was lovely with my guests too, and she picked the most beautiful dresses for me to try on! Do yourself a favour and book here to try some gorgeous dresses!
- the assist was tell me what I should wear without considering my preferences - didn’t proper help me to try the dress outside for pull the zip on - before visit the store we had another appointment in Sydney and the lady was making so many questions about the other store - this store has nice dress but I was not allowed to try it
