Sonia and Marina at Brides of Solihull were so welcoming and made our family feel at ease, two very lovely and helpful ladies. The shop is very well presented with a wonderful range of dresses. We received such brilliant service and my sister found her perfect dress. Would highly recommend.
Brides of Solihull was extremely helpful throughout the process of choosing and sorting my wedding dress. When choosing I had one more store to go to, but they said I could come back without an appointment afterwards if I decided the dress was the one to try on again and order. I had a couple of dress fittings and the dress was trimmed to the right length and with the embroidered flowers moved so they weren’t lost in the trimming. While the initial purchase went smoothly, the alteration process was handled poorly, which ultimately left me disappointed in my experience at Brides of Solihull. I purchased my gown in August 2024, and the alterations—specifically around the bust—were carried out between July and September 2025 by Barbara Aranguiz of Aranguiz London, as recommended by the shop. Came here 15/11/25 and had the most amazing experience. Marina was really understanding and helped me find my perfect dress! I can't thank her or the team enough. My wedding is August next year and I was keen to get my dress sorted, I was nervous at first but soon felt at ease and very well looked after - walked away with a dress perfect for me and I can't stop smiling!
