I had the best experience at Brides of Melbourne in Cheltenham recently. It was a welcomed experience since I had already had a fitting at another bridal shop and found the sales woman pushy and unhelpful. Helen at BOM was phenomenal to say the least. She knew just by looking at me exactly what dress would suit my shape and in the end the dress I chose was her choice. Couldn’t fault the experience from beginning to end. Thank you Helen!
The second best yes I have ever said! If I could give more stars I would. Helen went above and beyond to help find the perfect dress. She was attentive but not pushy, flattering but not fake. She gave us so much time (despite staff shortages) and genuinely made me want to buy a dress from her. Luckily we didn’t need to look far with a great range of sizes and styles. The store is clean and calm. A very happy bride to be! Thank you Helen!

Honestly just really disappointing. We went in for a pre booked bridal appointment today, there was obviously only one staff member on the floor who was finishing an appointment and then greeted us allowing us to walk around. While walking around another group walked in yet still no other staff member appeared. We had no guidance or help so chose our own dresses then was shown to a changing room and just left there.
