We recently purchased our suit and wedding dress from the Essendon store and the whole experience was fantastic. The team (Christina, Eleanor, Rita and Maria) were genuine, kind, patient and professional. From the moment we first entered the store, they made us feel welcome and listened to what we were hoping for (to achieve our desired look). I cannot speak more highly about the team at Brides of Melbourne. By far the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced. I bought not only my wedding dress but also the bridesmaids dresses. Christina and Rita were the most genuinely lovely and supportive people and made each and every one of us feel heard, comfortable and respected, regardless of body type of fashion preferences. They were absolutely outstanding and I cannot recommend them more!
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Eleanor is particularly fantastic as a bridal consultant. She brought years of expertise to the appointment and helped guide me toward my absolute dream dress while also listening to what I wanted. I visited Brides of Melbourne in search of the perfect wedding dress to fall in love with. My appointment was delightful; the staff were attentive, really listened to my preferences, and offered excellent recommendations based on my feedback. Although I didn't find "the one" on this visit, I highly recommend their service and look forward to returning when shopping for my bridal party dresses.
