I had called twice to set up an appointment, then got there the day of and they didnt have it on the books. They were able to get us in a little later that day, but the entire appointment felt very rushed and didnt have help getting in and out of the dresses. Felt like they kept pulling the same dresses and not able to pick up on what I was saying I liked and didnt like about the dresses.

Coming from out of state, I was only able to get measurements done before trying on the dress for alterations. When the dress came in, the ladies told the bride, bride’s mom, and the sister that any alterations I would need done to my dress could be done the day before the wedding if we came in early. We get there 30 minutes after they open, and I try it on. It’s baggy in the waist and too long. Absolutely Terrible Experience at Brides n’ Belles I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Brides n’ Belles that I feel compelled to share. Myself and four other bridesmaids bought our dresses from Brides n’ Belles and had our dresses altered here. When we got them back, they all had noticeable water stains from steaming. When I brought this to their attention, they dismissed my concerns and told me I was just “seeing things.” No apology, no effort to make it right, not even a hint of accountability.
