I travelled from overseas to celebrate my friend’s special day, but unfortunately, her final dress fitting experience at Brides and Maids was disappointing. While I understand the store can be busy, a scheduled appointment—especially just days before the wedding—should come with undivided attention. I was in a pickle and needed a dress within 12 weeks. As soon as I walked in and explained myself, Tina jumped into action and showed me several options based on my timeframe, budget and preferred style. She was honest and direct, but so very helpful. Tina didn’t give me false hope or make empty promises. Tina and her very lovely sidekick, Domenica, did all they could to get my dress and alter it perfectly within the already tight timeframe.
