I got there at 6pm, which is understandably late. When I approach Norma, the lady behind the register, she not even looking at me in the eyes says it's too late and to come back another day and that when I come back I have ONLY 1 HOUR of service for there's clients before and ahead of me. I told her that everything she had said was terrible customer service because I never even felt welcomed by her. She didn't give me a smile, not even eye contact.
