If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. My fiance and her group went here on 10/14/2025 and the employee there was rude, dismissive, discriminatory and constantly rushed my fiance and her group and constantly hovered around them but left other patrons who were white alone and did not hover around them or anything. The Tocama store was a better experience and she ended up finding her dress there. The seattle branch needs to do better.
Grace helped me during my visit and made it a wonderful experience. She was very knowledgeable about dress types and terms, plus helping me clip into a few larger sized dresses. Highly recommend if you are looking for a wedding dress for your big day
My wedding was a year ago and I forgot to leave this review. I had an amazing experience here! I brought my cousin and my MIL and we had so much fun trying on the dresses in our alloted time. We were getting close to the end and the shop cleared out and i hadn’t quite found the dress. They were so kind and since they had no other appointments coming, they gave me extra time. I’m still recovering from finding my dream dress here!!! I had a layover in Seattle and figured I’d come look at some dresses, but probably not find the ONE. I arrived for my appointment and Mandy was able to squeeze me in early and all I can say is wow! The assortment of stunning dresses, and the prices are just as stunning! I will forever be grateful for Mandy, as she was so patient with me asking her opinion on everything.
