The bride below interrupted my private fitting by coming into the store and screaming while slandering the owner. It was extremely disruptive, and she was very unreasonable given what was said. The owner has gone above and beyond for this wedding and every wedding I've been a part of. She puts everything into every bride, and truly has a passion for this. Thank you for all you do.

Horrible! Absolutely horrible! We gave them a lot of business considering the bridal gown and all the bridesmaids dresses were purchased there.The gown was bought of the rack, but we ordered the bridal parties dresses. Not only did they take 16 weeks to come in. One had a hole in it, one didn't fit, and one was the wrong color. We got the wrong color one fixed, the torn one fixed, but with 2 weeks until the wedding I am still missing one bridesmaid dress. It has been wrong 3 times. I am in total agreement with you. She does not order the dresses when she claims; therefore it appears to be your fault when they do not arrive on time. Everytime you talk to her; there is a different story about when the dresses will arrive. On top of that, she will not answer her phone or emails. I tried to called repeatedly for many months, left messages, sent emails and received no response. She claimed she was having phone trouble; well this is a business, get the phone fixed. This is a bad shop to do business with. She lies about the lines that she carries, and then when she can't get the order, or there is a problem with a dress, there is nothing you can do because the designers do not help you if you purchase your gowns from an unauthorized retailer. She deserves negative stars.

This shop owner doesn't seem to know what she's doing and certainly doesn't display any knowledge about customer service. I ordered a particular size bridesmaid dress in addition to giving her my measurements and the tip that I was trying to conceive. When she finally got around to ordering the dresses she mistook me for another of the bridesmaids she spoke with that had just had a baby and was trying to LOSE weight and ordered me a smaller size than I requested and by the time the dress came in it was way too late to reorde... read more

I am getting married June of 2008 and Kim has helped me in every way possible. Besides doing my dresses she has helped me with florist, photographers, cake makers, etc.. She is wonderful at what she does and is always willing to help with the best attitude possible! I would recommend her to everybody! She also has excellent prices!Thanks Kim!! You are great! McKinley
