Princess Dress!! – I had a great experience and found the best dress for a princess bride you could find. Claire was my consultant and very kind and helpful. I am a size 2 so all the sample dresses were HUGE on me but the dress i intended on trying on was there in a size 8 in the spring 2011 collection. So once she clipped it back it fit pretty good. Excellent Experience!!! – I went in to Brides By Demetrios in Legacy Village with a photo of a gown I found in a magazine. I tried the dress on and it was perfect!!! I also tried on others for the fun and experience of the whole thing. I bought my dress in June and Emily the store manager told me that the timeline will be close for my wedding date in Vegas in November, but she promised me that my dress would be in, altered and ready to be on the plane with me just in time for my wedding...and she kept her promise!!! Great Unparalleld Experience! – I had looked at small boutiques in Rocky River, Fairview Park, and larger stores like Catans and David's Bridal. In my search for the perfect dress, I found Demertio's was in a league of its own. Why? 1. Perfect dress – At Brides by Demetrios, I was treated with professional and personal attention. I tried on a good 25+ dresses and Emily, the consultant was patient and knowledgeable about the fabrics, styles, etc. When my dress came in, it was exactly as I expected even with the alterations and change in neckline. Best Selection & Service! – I have purchased "2 " Mother of the Bride/Groom dresses from Brides By Demetrios in the last 2 years and have found it to be the only place in Cleveland that the staff would treat me as if I was the only person in the store! After telling the Consultant what I was looking for, she brought me only dresses that fit my needs. Terrible customer service, do not stand behind their product – This business truly deserves ZERO stars. I purchased a dress at this location. I was told that the dress was only tried on once or twice. I inquired as to whether or not the dress had any damage, and was told that the only imperfections were the dirt stains along the hem and the bust line of the dress. What a nightmare! – Demetrios is an absolute nightmare! They seemed all friendly until the dress was ordered.Then it was all down hill from there.My sister found the gown of her dreams. Once it arrived the hell began. Horribly unprofessional staff! – This shop poses as a high end shop that one would think would provide superior customer service, and quality of workmanship for alterations. This couldn't be farther from the truth in the case of this store. Employees have no knowledge of proper measurements or order taking. Entire staff was completely unprofessional and difficult to work with. Alterations process was awful. It seems that the time line of the staff comes first, and the customer second.
