The store closed and didn't think of telling us. Going to call the store in Arizona. If anyone is dealing with them currently please let me know. I hope I receive my dress in time.

No one told me the store was closing. Spent a lot of money there and never even got a phone call. Only Found out because I called and their voicemail told me to call Arizona!! So frustrated, I'm not even sure if I will get my dress in time now

Just called today and found out via their voicemail that the store is closed after having paid in full for my dress and veil. There was no email or phone call to notify their customers. I have attempted to get a hold of their location in AZ but have been unable to speak to someone at this point. Really wish this company would respect their customers enough to let them know when the only store in their state is closing and update them on how their orders would be managed.

The staff here is AMAZINGLY helpful and friendly (on top of the fact that their gowns are amazing!)

Not only did I find the dress of my dreams at Brides by Demetrios but my experience was amazing! Angela was my bridal dress consultant and is phenomenal at what she does! Her customer service was exceptional! She made me feel so special and you could tell that she truly loves what she does. Cheri also went above and beyond to take care of me and answer my questions. It's a beautiful store with a great selection of gorgeous dresses and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!!!
