I had an appointment for my senior mother at 2pm on 19th Sep 2025 which was setup a week in advance. Insurance information and everything being checked up. Upon reaching there 5 minutes in advance, an African American woman - I believe her name is Waronda told us that Dentist is in labor and she cancelled all her appointments. She called all the patients. Well at my home nobody got any calls and we drove 25 minutes one way. When i asked when did you called - she had no information.
