My son had an orthodontic appointment and while we were in the waiting area, there was an upset patient causing a disturbance. I really appreciated how the office manager handled the situation she stayed calm, professional, and firm while protecting the children and other patients and trying to de-escalate things respectfully. I hate writing negative reviews because I know as humans we fall short sometimes and I try to give grace and I expect the same in return however, my experience today was completely the last straw for me. I’ve noticed an ongoing pattern of miscommunication at this location. I had a deep cleaning scheduled before my regular monthly adjustment for weeks. I came to the dentist appointment as a new patient schedule my appointment over the phone gave them my insurance information go to the dentist appointment and she told me that my insurance have not been verified. They sit on the phone. She said that they still wasn’t unable to verify my insurance because nobody was answering the phone.
