My son had an appointment at 2PM. I came to the office at 1:47PM and the doors were locked and a gentleman sitting inside. NOTHING was posted about there being a break for staff, just a LOCKED door. So I knocked so see what is going on, and the gentleman comes to the door and shows me a handwritten paper stating "on break till 2PM" and I stated, "My son has an appointment at 2PM?" I was not happy with this visit for my brother!!! We had a 10:15 appointment and he was not seen until 40 minutes later. 1 person was bringing back patients. I don't believe they're was a hygienist in the office! Wait time was unacceptable.
Got a consultation for braces, told them I have 2 dental insurances and was told they needed to call the second insurance to see if they would cover the other half of the braces and would get back to me to schedule the appointment, however it’s been 2 weeks since my last appointment and have yet to hear back. Tried calling but your on hold for a while (45m-1 hour). Wouldn’t recommend coming here go, go somewhere that actually cares about you as a patient and your needs.

This 5-star review is for Sarah at the front desk. She was amazing and really went over and beyond our expectations. She is definitely an asset to this location and your company!! Although it took some time to see a specialist, we appreciated Dr. Cho’s insight which made us go in an entirely different direction. Thanks for taking the time to discuss the issues at hand.
