I was there for my routine exam and cleaning. They made me wait for an hour and half and all they did was to take my my x-ray. Of course the dentist examined my teeth. They didn’t clean my teeth (That was the whole purpose of my visit). I felt it is very unstructured. Disappointing experience. Never going back again.

I visited for availing my insurance benefit for free dental cleaning. And insurance fully covered this. These guys still billed to me. First they performed xray and said you need deep cleaning and there will be charge for it. I denied for it. They billed for multiple X-rays to my insurance and insurance combined them as it performed on one date of service and pay the amount as per their contract. My EOB stated patient owe nothing. Es la segunda vez que cancelan mi cita sin avisarme , los sábados la doctora se va temprano y no le importa si tiene consultas agrandadas o no , perdí un día de trabajo y las personas que están en la recepción simplemente se burlan de ti y dicen que no es problemas de ellas que tú pierdas un día de trabajo para acudir a tu cita a la hora que ellas mismas te la ponen , incluso inventaron que yo había estado de acuerdo en que me cambiaran la cita , cuando es una total mentira !! We make a 45 minute drive just to see Dr. Suh, but it is worth it. Its important that your kids feel comfortable and learn to trust their dentist at a young age. Dr. Suh has been nothing but exceptional. She's kind, patient, and thorough. My daughter has had to get treatment done twice and each time Dr. Suh has made her feel comfortable and calm. To say that she didn't even realize she got a shot. Dr. Suh is amazinggg!
