The dentist is the worst. He will have his staff come to you saying you have to pay more out of pocket even when your insurance covers what you need done. They turned me away the first time saying I had to pay for spacers when he did not have me pay for one the first time I went to him. This second time he and his staff tried to upcharge me by 600 dollars when my insurance covered the procedure needed. After removing my 2 wisdom teeth he did not send the prescription of Antibiotics or pain medication to my pharmacy. Speak up... read more
Brident calls me relentlessly. I have told them I do not have an account with them. The person that had my phone number 2 YEARS AGO must be the one they are trying to reach. They call me at LEAST 3 times a day. I can't get them to stop. I do NOT recommend them bc they can't even take a number out of their system. I feel sorry for anyone who owes them money bc they will not leave you alone.

Avoid this location at all costs. Patients health comes second to money. My husband called earlier today to see if he could get his x-rays (from May) because he is currently in excruciating pain from his wisdom teeth. They refused to give it to him until he paid $150.00. Keep in mind, he is still going to have to get another set of x-rays at his emergency appointment today. This was the exact reason why he did not continue treatment here, they are very sketchy about their prices. Very disappointing. Safe to say we won’t ever... read more
