Dr. Neelima and Destiny was awesome. Great bedside manner. They made me feel so comfortable and explained to me every step of the process. Norma and Anna at the front desk or so professional and answers all my concerns.
They’ve been texting me for months I finally make an appt and they call on day of appt to say my insurance isn’t accepted; I had things to do that I cancelled because of my appt so I’m pissed because you’re calling me the day of to tell me that my 12:30 appt is not doable because you don’t work at that time and the call center scheduled me wrong, why isn’t the calendar the same, not only that when I was expressing my irritation with them IRMA felt the need to hang up on me ;so I cancelled the appt for my 2 toddler daughters ... read more
THIS IS THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE I'VE EVER VISITED. AFTER KEEPING AND MY CHILD AND I L FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES DOING PAPER WORK, ONE OF THE LADIES CAME TO CLAIM THAT I BOOKED APPOINTMENT WITH THE CALL CENTER WHICH WAS A LIE. EVEN WHEN I WAS BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT, IT TOOK LIKE ALMOST AN HOUR TO BE BOOKED. IF IT'S POSSIBLE TO GIVE THEM QUARTER OF A STAR, I WILL DEFINITELY DO THAT. I'VE BEEN PAYING DENTAL INSURANCE FOR SOME MONTHS AND NOTHING TO SHOW FOR MY EXPENSES. THIS IS SO ANNOYING 🙄😑 🙄!!!
Don’t recommend rude and incompetent staff. We came on Monday for an emergency fix and were told to make an appointment. We arrive late for the appointment on Wednesday and “Milley” and the manager said they were full. A complete lie they didn’t even ask the doctor the waiting room is empty and the sheets were caught up. It’s 30 minutes before they go to lunch and they don’t want to be bothered. I was taking my niece here to fix a wire highly recommend going anywhere else. The office smells like mildew and the staff are not ... read more
