A respectable shop with respectable owners and real prices, unlike other fraudulent shops. I expect all the negative comments are sent by other competing shops.
Was visiting from out of state and absolutely loved their selection and prices. Fair prices and unique pieces that I could not see anywhere else. I feel like their negative reviews come from people who try to bargain low. Their prices were not negotiable but I feel the jewelry was worth the prices.
Worst attitude ever!, very bad customer service
Unfortunately, this was the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. The owner treats customers disrespectfully and lacks professionalism and courtesy in his behavior We feel so bad when we were trying to buy gifts for our 1 twins birthday. He didn’t even deserve anyone to buy from him anything!
They changed their quoted price on a bracelet three times within an interaction. They also charge a $100 “labor” fee for items weighing under 5 grams.
