Do not recommend. Booked and paid in full in September. Less than 2 weeks to wedding and still no schedule. Became suspicious Bride Gibraltar was a scam and emailed registry office myself. Confirmation a slot was reserved but they had had no further contact from KAY. With just over a week to wedding date eventually received schedule. Appointment with commissioner of oaths scheduled 8.15. Arrived on time to discover KAY neglected to arrange this with him. I would highly recommend Kay and Bride Gibraltar. She helped my husband and I plan our wedding down to the smallest detail. She sorted all the appointments out and sent copies of all the legal paperwork to various places, including the registry office and the commissioner, which all went smoothly and we had detailed instructionsof what to do, so Kay didn'tneed to hand hold us. Luckily our wedding panned out on the day - just about ... But not sure it would have necessarily if the hotel staff and suppliers based in Gibraltar hadn't been so proactive and amazing while we were there. Communication from Kay at bride Gibraltar through the duration of the planning process was poor to say the least, not only with myself and the groom but our guests and wedding party. Poor customer service, dreadful response times, questionable charging and a refusal to have a call to discuss it (if I wanted 100 calls to make sure it was right I should have been provided that!). Overall stressful and upsetting experience at a time when everything should be so beautiful and perfect. Think twice.

Terrible company. Do not use. Company Bride Gibraltar is actually dissolved and not registered as a UK company.
