Stephen presented a rock star attitude but failed to deliver. His lack of knowledge left us with a terrible space that appears to have been designed by a student. Highly disappointed.
Terrible experience with Stephen. Performed a shower installation and subcontracted the work to a young man who did a terrible job. Claims to be a design firm but is nothing more than a tile contractor. Put his skills to the test, he doesn’t compete with the local design firms. He should worry less about money and more about getting an education in design. Buyer beware!
Stephen installed a backsplash in our kitchen. He spent a lot of time creating a drawing of our design and suggesting various patterns. He installed the tile personally. His customer service was OUTSTANDING when we had a small flaw in the tile. He addressed the problem immediately. It was a great experience!
Very happy with the experience at Briddick. I needed the backsplash quickly and they personally drove it out to my house on a Thursday Night to get it to me. Plus, he threw in a bag of the bonding agent, which was a big help. Two thumbs up from me.
