A refreshing experience! Bridals by Elena has an incredible selection of beautiful dresses. Everyone was friendly and skilled a their job. They really understood my taste and could pick dresses that complmented my body type. It was a very laid back environment, they were patient and...no high pressure sales. The prices were great, and they actually showed me dresses below my budget rather than trying to upsell me like other salons. I highly recommend Bridals by Elena.
Rude and Unprofessional I had several negative reviews about the customer service in prior posts but I still wanted to try the place out. When I first came to the store the staff were so polite and helpful. I found a dress that I absolutely loved and placed the down payment. Once the credit card was handed over it was a change in all of their personalities. Cheap attitude for such an expensive store Very nice selection of gowns. Katya (manager) very snotty. Frances, nice and helpful. After spending $459 on my daughter's prom gown and decided not to have it altered by them (and spend upwards $100) Katya took my gown to the back as she needed to place it in "another bag". To my dismay, she came back with a cheap white plastic bag (macy's are stronger!) and a white cheap hanger those you find at K-Mart. It was very cheap of them. Great experience I had a wonderful experience at Bridals by Elena. I went in wanting a type of dress that as it turns out -- and as Frances at Bridals by Elena warned me -- didn't look right on my petite frame. But they let me try those dresses on, showed me why they didn't look quite right and then showed me dresses that looked fantastic. My dress came in within the timeframe they gave me, and Elena was able to add some beautiful beadwork to an area of my dress that I thought needed smoothing and embellishment. Loved it! the reviews i read were scary! thankfully, that was not my experience with the boutique! I had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress and accessories at bridals by Elena. the staff was very sweet and helpful, specially Francis who was the first person i encountered the first time i entered the boutique, she was so warm and loving! So So The staff didnt seem to want to help me find what I needed. All i wanted to a flower girl dress. They didnt seem to care or point me in the right direction. The staff was friendly , just didnt seem to want to help.
