I had such a wonderful experience trying on wedding dresses! The staff was kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. They made me feel comfortable and confident the whole time. I had a great experience finding my dress here and shopping at their sister shop! Ava and the team were so sweet to work with, listened to what I was looking for, and were very supportive. My dress ended up being the opposite of what I thought I wanted but Im in love! Good communicators about the process and what to expect.
I had a great experience at the Bridal Trousseau! Emily was so lovely and kind. I said what I wanted and Emily made sure to make it happen! I was super on the fence about a dress I looked at but seeing myself in the one I chose I know it was the right choice to come here! The selection is great for a more modern bride!
EDIT: It was you ladies that "helped" me. I BOUGHT MY DRESS HERE!!! Such a happy day! If only I knew then… my dress was delivered to my sister’s house a day or two before the wedding date. This place didn’t finish the bead work a week prior when I was supposed to pick it up, then tried to charge me for the shipping. Best part was, they got the address wrong to my sister’s house and told me I had to call and change it. It was still such a happy day though! 🤣
