I had an absolutely amazing time trying on dresses at Bridal Trousseau. It was my first time trying on dresses, and my stylist Ava was nothing short of wonderful. She was patient, kind, and personable--I truly could not have asked for any better! We laughed and experimented together, and at no point did I feel pressured, stressed, or confused. I loved my experience here shopping for my wedding dress with my mom. My stylist Yvonne was super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I’m so happy i was able to find my dress at this amazing store!

This place is amazing! Ms Jodi was my consultant and she made SURE I tried on every style I was interested in. She tailored my appointment to what I was liking and I never felt rushed. I think every bride deserves the shopping experience offered here. Just sad I could only do it once

Unfortunately, the whole experience just didn’t feel right. It came off more like a business deal than the special moment it should’ve been. There was a clear emphasis on closing the sale. I left feeling uneasy and kind of brushed off. I truly hope future brides are treated with more care.

Wonderful experience here. Vera was a sweetheart. I had the help & support I needed throughout several months before my wedding. The seamstress made sure I wanted my dress to fit me just right. It's been 2 years since I've been married (I have yet to preserve my dress ), but it looks just as good from the day I wore it. I knew I was getting my dress here as soon as I came in. Plenty to choose from & the staff will help accommodate you based on your style & body type.
