I had a great experience at Bridal Trousseau! The day before my appointment, I received a text from owner Yvonne with a reminder of my appointment and the opportunity to send pictures of dresses from their website to set aside for my appointment which was great! My bridal consultation, Emily, was also so kind and helpful. She really helped me visualize all the options and what my dress would look like on the day. She was a huge help and made the process so easy. I absolutely recommend Bridal Trousseau

Emily exceeded my expectations! When I walked into Bridal Trousseau, the boutique felt like a magical place. it was very inviting and elegant. I was greeted by a bridal consultant which was very friendly and was told I would be helped by my very own Bridal consultant. Emily introduced herself and the adventure began! I had the best experience with Emily a few weeks ago. Just after a few minutes of chatting and looking at dresses together she immediately pulled the most perfect dress (the one I said yes to!!!) Shopping with her felt more like hanging out with a friend who happens to have incredible taste and knows exactly what you need before you even do. She made the whole experience fun, easy, and totally stress-free. I'm very lucky and grateful to have her be a part of my wedding planning experience!

Unfortunately, the whole experience just didn’t feel right. It came off more like a business deal than the special moment it should’ve been. There was a clear emphasis on closing the sale. I left feeling uneasy and kind of brushed off. I truly hope future brides are treated with more care. I had an absolutely amazing time trying on dresses at Bridal Trousseau. It was my first time trying on dresses, and my stylist Ava was nothing short of wonderful. She was patient, kind, and personable--I truly could not have asked for any better! We laughed and experimented together, and at no point did I feel pressured, stressed, or confused.
