I must firmly agree with the below reviews and say DO NOT GO HERE. It appears from the first review in 2007 to our experience in 2015, that there has been no improvement in this boutique's poor customer service. We ordered two bridesmaid dresses in the same style and same color on the same day in December (paid in full) and we were told they would arrive in store mid-April. DO NOT GO HERE! They ordered the wrong color for our Bridesmaids dresses! They were unwilling to help get it fixed nor were they willing to help compensate us for their HUGE mistake. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Sure they were sweet as pie when they were taking my money, but when it was time to admit their fault and error, it was a WHOLE different story. BEWARE! Go ELSEWHERE!!!
I would not recommend using this bridal shop, my brides maids' dress sizes were taken incorrectly and as a bride I received poor service.
