Wedding May 2017. First visit May 2016. Purchased August 2016. Received final dress February 2017. SEE YELP FOR FULL REVIEW. I went through a terrible dress ordeal this place lies to their customers. They caused me months of additional stress that no bride should have to deal with. Inspect your dresses ladies and more importantly, take pictures!!
I had my wedding 2 days ago. I can't wait to thank all the staff especially Maria and the Owner for your amazing service. You were absolutely amazing ,very kind and accommodating. I came to checked for a bride dress and veil without making an appointment. Just to take a look of their dresses .And because of Maria helped me that day with kindness it made my day easy. I can't even justify giving this bridal shop one star in my review. The service from the outset was absolutely terrible and but for I was advised that this was the only store which stocks a particular brand of dress I wanted to see, I would not have bothered showing up! Despite an online request for an appointment and several voice mails none of which were replied to, during the week I eventually managed to get through and spoke to a gentleman and made an appointment for 10am this morning. Bought my wedding dress and veil here in 2015. Also, got wedding dress alterations done here. Everyone here is very helpful, prices are reasonable, and there are lots of great choices. Had a great experience overall, would definitely recommend.
