I previously had an amazing review as you can read below however I had to update it. I am disappointed on timing of receiving my dress which I did go a year in advance for. Do not do your alterations with the store, GO elsewhere I was sold a dream than my dress was never fitted to me as I was told it would have been when buying the dress. I got my dress a day before flying out for my wedding I had to keep calling to know when I was getting my dress. I had the pleasure of having to work with Marina! As soon as I walked into the shop, she greeted me with such a wonderful welcome and happy smile. First impressions are ever lasting! I went to Crystal Bridal Boutique today to try on wedding dresses to get an idea of what I liked and what I didn't like. Although I did not find my dress, the consultant and the overall experience were great! Very relaxed, welcoming and not rushed or judgmental. I will be back to continue my search for the best wedding dress in Brooklyn.

Excellent selection of wedding gowns in Brooklyn and superb customer service! Very clean and professional and would recommend to any bride, especially if they have little time before their ceremony (like myself!) Taking the dress home off the rack was awesome. Marina helped me decide on a dress in a very fun and efficient way, which helped make for a memorable experience. Thank you.
