My wedding was last July and I looked at several bridal salons before driving by Bridal Sophisticate on a rainy Monday night. I decided to stop in by myself and met Soosan and Jackie. I tried on 3 gowns and loved them all. I went back with my mom and maid of honor and asked them to keep it a secret that I had been there (my mom would've been hurt). Good choices, just be careful – Bridal Sophisticate was very helpful when I first got there. They were the first shop to tell me that pretty much all strapless dresses actually come with spaghetti straps. Since about 90% of the dresses were strapless and I didn't want strapless, that made a big difference. In the end, they were actually able to get me 1 inch wide straps for the dress, but I didn't find that out until she called me the day after when I didn't have the dress on and couldn't see whether spaghetti straps or 1-in... read more
