Booked an appt at this store for my bridal fitting. I want to start by saying I am a bigger bride. Gladys was the lady fitting me. I had an awful experience. I tried on the first 2 dresses and was not overly impressed as she was not listening to what I wanted. My bridal party attempted to lead the dresses in the right direction however this was not listened to at all. She was only interested in a sale. 5 star rating for Gladdes AKA MamaG!! We came yesterday for our 12pm appointment for one of my cousins looking for a dress and she said YAASSS with the help of Gladdes (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). She made my cousin feel so comfortable during the whole process of finding HER dress! She knew what she was doing & went far and beyond in our appointment to ensure that whatever crazy requests we had that she could accommodate for.
