My experience at the shop was great and Gladys was the best lady at that shop and showed dedication in her professional service and minimse the overwhelming pressure on me as a bride, also were very helpful in dressing up and trying out with a patient behaviour. I deeply regret not reading the many negative reviews before investing $10,000 to have this company make my daughter's wedding dress. What should have been one of the most joyful experiences for a young bride turned into a nightmare completely ruined by Bridal Secrets.
