Have bought my dress from here and the process from start to finish was magical. Everyone was super nice and attentive, all dresses were so gorgeous, it was hard to choose and the tailoring was very quick compared to other places and very high quality. Honestly, couldn't recommend this place more. If you want great service, dresses, people and memories, that's the place to go!
My bridal journey began and ended at BRG London, having visited about a million other boutiques in between. I retuned to BRG because they offered the best selection of dresses within my price point and the quality service was very high. I had a great experience at Bridal Rogue Gallery. I'm from Washington DC and had trouble finding a classic, simple dress for a small family-only wedding. Bridal Rogue Gallery had several options, and I was even able to buy a sample right off the rack! It was a very easy, successful visit after many, many failed ones at other stores. They were super accommodating.
I was really disappointed with my experience here. I had to pay £30 just for the appointment, and all I was offered was a tiny bottle of water that had clearly been sitting in the sun all day and was warm. While they did have a lovely selection of dresses, the floor was covered in pins, which made walking around barefoot quite dangerous.
