Exceptional experience with Heather, the owner of Bridal Parlour! She was so sweet and helpful during all 3 of my appointments (I am indecisive and she didn’t mind one bit!). I live over an hour away so I loved how accessible she was over email. I only post reviews when my experience was extremely good or extremely bad. I have also only posted three reviews in my life, this one included, and they were all during the process of bridal gown shopping. My experience at other stores was abhorrent. I went to a dozen different bridal shops looking for a dress and each place left me more defeated. I was a number on a screen and they only cared about making a sale.
