What an incredible experience my friends and I had here! From the bridal parties to Indy helping us surprise the soon to be bride with her special wedding dress! Indy went above and behind to make the whole experience really special ☺️
Owner rang on the morning of the appointment to suggest cancelling/rescheduling due to illness, it was the only time I could make it so the appointment went ahead. She was 15 minutes late, I called multiple times - no answer. Then once she arrived had to wait for her to open the shop up and turn the lights on/set up etc. I was told I could go through and pick dresses I liked to try on, I picked about 5 dresses and none of them fit me. Indy has been amazing!!! She is so easy going, and such an amazing skill of making everyone in the room feel so welcome. If you’re looking for a 5 star experience this should be your first stop!
I loved my experience at Bridal Palace. Choosing your dream dress is not an easy task and Indy made the place inviting and calming. It was the small touches that really made the whole experience, like a Polaroid photo you could take home with your mum & sister, or who ever you took with you. The range of dresses was great - and super modern and in trend with current bridal styles.
