A Queens Closet I went to Bridals by Ofelia and WOW! just WOW! So many different dresses! Such a wonderful display, I am totally amazed, because other reviews were so negative. But I got my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, the tuxs. And I needed alterations because i was losing weight for my big day, and the alterations were perfect. I highly recommend Bridals by Ofelia, all my friends and family also had great experiences there too!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I have been dealing with Bridals by Ofelias since March of 2012. And it's been horrible! The worst customer service EVER! No joke! I went there to get my bridesmaids dresses that were ordered a long time ago! We still as of today don't have them. I'm 24 days till my wedding and it's very stressful! Bride's beware! I went to this store during the week. there were no other customers in the store. The lady that was there was extremely rude. I could not believe her. She had such an attitude. They were even criticizing my taste in dresses when i showed them what i was looking for. I left that pleace feeling so disappointed and hurt. Brides i do not recommend this place.

Horrible customer service. Very poor customer service. We had three brides come into the store and was informed one could not try on a dress because her wedding was more than 6 months away. They seemed really bothered by having to work with three people ready to buy dresses that day. I understand three brides can be a lot of work, but the brides were not demanding, picked out their own dresses, and roomed themselves. friendly smiles I wanted to share the experience we had at Ofelia's. We are 3 weeks away from my sisters wedding and hours of shopping for my sisters dress we decided to stop by. The staff is friendly and Ofelia also was really helpful. We went to Azteca and they had poor customer service. Worst of all I'm a male helping her find her dress and they don't allow the men where the dresses were. I'm glad we found the right dress and we got a great price.

Professional alterations, and fantastic customer service! I have been to many Bridal shops around the valley, and almost all of them had rude employees. Not true at Bridal's Ofelia. They gave me the best service ever! I felt like a queen, and best of all, the prices were reasonable..I loved it!

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! IF YOU ARE SHOPPING FOR A DRESS DON'T GO TO BRIDALS BY OFELIA'S!!! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE TIME OF DAY, THEY ARE SO RUDE, THE PLACE IS TRASHY, AND IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I WAS SHOPPING FOR A DRESS AND THE STAFF AND THE OWNER OFELIA WERE FRUSTRARED AND RUDE WHILE ASSISTING ME, IT WAS AWFUL!!

THE WORST THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID BEING MISTREATED WITH YOUR DISABLED CHILD!! I WENT IN THE STORE AND THEY WERE RUDE TO MY DAUGHTER! TO TOP IIT OFF THEY FORGOT TO PLACE MY ORDER. I HAD TO PURCHASE A DRESS AT A DIFFERENT PLACE AT LAST MINUTE! OMG, WHAT A HEADACHE!!!!
