DEFECTIVE GOWN TERRIBLE! Stay away. I purchased a gown and since I live a distance from the store, I took the option to have the dress sent to me. The store sent me a defective gown that did not have a satin border on the bottom of the gown, like it should, so the dress was 6 INCHES SHORT and stopped mid ankle on me. Store refused to help claiming I cut the gown on purpose!!!!! I couldn't believe it. They really should not be in business to treat customers they way I was treated. HORRIBLE My experience with the bridal mall was extremely stressful. Janet the woman who helped me find my dress was absolutely wonderful but when it came to fitting dates...it was a headache. I was told to come in 3 days before my wedding for the final fitting after I had been measured at the first fitting and picked out the cups that needed to be sewn in and brought the ribbon in that was to be sewn onto the dress. The Bridal Mall - Has everything - Great service This store has everything for the wedding of your dreams! I cant belive the service I got. I went to davids bridal, and was told about the bridal mall from one of their customers in the store. They werent happy with davids and said they were going to the bridal mall after shopping around so I thought I would try them. For a mom and pop store, they really have it all.
