The dresses are fine, but the staff are unwelcoming and not too helpful or friendly.
The staff were helpful, but not pushy. A large selection of different dresses. I was able to find the right purple color that I couldn't find in other stores. The staff helped me coordinate seven bridesmaids. I was very satisfied.
Wife ordered a dress for a friend's wedding. Shortly after placing the order, we found out my wife couldn't go. Store wouldn't let her cancel the order. Pretty crappy getting stuck with a $250 dress for a wedding she couldn't attend. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
