I ordered a Premium Cotton Candy ($89.95) for my mother's birthday. The delivered product was disappointing to say the least. The product image suggests at least a dozen full body roses; the actual delivered product had 6-7 small roses. I called expressing my dissatisfaction, and they offered a $20 refund.
