Great job on my gown. I bought a used dress and had it altered. When Bridal Kare was done with it, it looked new and as if it was made just for me. I will be giving it back to them to preserve after my wedding. THANK YOU Bridal Kare
what did I pay for?! I sent my dress with underarm stains and a lipstick stain. It came back to me with underarm stains and a lipstick stain, as well as a broken hook and eye, staple holes in the back, and broken ruffle tacking. It also came with a note that said they looked over the dress and tried to remove the stains but could not. I feel I should have been contacted about this before the dress was sent back to me. And I would think that wedding gown "experts" should be able to get out sweat stains?! Don't waste your mone... read more

Best Place EVER!!! – Great Service... I just had my gown cleaned and presered and picked it up last week... I just had a chance to open and I cried.. WORST PLACE EVER! – THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I recently got married in the Caribbean and came back to my home town in Buffalo, NY for a BIG party reception. My mother in law brought my designer dress back one week before the reception from the Caribbean to be dry cleaned. We spoke to the owner SEVERAL times before and she assured us the dress would be ready within the week. She seemed very nice and friendly.
