Came here at 14:30 and was immediately assisted. had several necklaces that were tangled -- and immediately got them fixed on the spot. By 15:00 (the time he closes) everything was fixed. The gentlemen was honest, transparent, and the kind of service that you dont forget easily. made my day going to this place. Highly recommend for all your jewelry needs.

My wife put on a ring last night before her Girls Night Out and was unable to take it off when she came home. She slept in it all night and by morning her finger was puffed up and purple. Mark (the owner) carefully removed the ring from her finger. He was friendly and personable. We left the ring for him to repair and also a watch to service because we feel we can trust him. I haven't gotten any of the products back, but based on his service in removing the ring from my wife's finger, I highly recommend him for service.
