Bridal Insignia handled the décor for my daughter’s wedding, and unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The couches and chairs on the stage were dirty, with visible stains on the groom and bridal couch, as if someone had wiped their hands on them. The chairs were also filthy, and the stage floor was hastily prepared using taped-together whiteboards. It was incredibly embarrassing for us during such an important event. I had a relatively small order - just five bridesmaid bouquets - and I felt the owner's communication was generally very poor. Initially, I was planning on doing some more, larger arrangements so I was trying to get more information. I would send Juha an email or text and it would take DAYS to get a response back. She knew i had to pick up my order on a specific Friday (confirmed via email, text, and the invoice) and while I admit I did not confirm what time the flowers needed to be picked up on Friday (I was getting married... read more
